96's Cailin is an online beauty and handmade leather bag shop. There are thousands of people who choose to buy their bags and cosmetics products online, but what makes us different? Payment

How to make payment?

96's Cailin accept online transfer and "Manual Transfer" only.

After placed order, then send an email to 96scailin@gmail.com to inform regarding your successful payment. Payment details must provided.

Payment must be made within 7 days after placed order. If 7 days have passed and payment has not been received we will automatically file an unpaid item dispute.

Shipping 

How much is your delivery fees?

96's Cailin shipping fee calculation is as below :

West Malaysia - RM8 
East Malaysia - RM12

(We only provide Postlaju courier service)

Free shipping available if you spend RM150 and above in a single receipt.

When will I receive my purchase?

Our customers call it "Flash Shipping"! 
96's Cailin aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you placed order. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-5 working days after you make your payment.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

Refund

  • We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products that we carry. If there is any problem about products, we guarantee that we will resolve any problem immediately. Please give us opportunity to serve you. We will make every effort to correct the problem.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, so that we can make things right. We do accept returns and issue refunds if items are not as described, or if they arrive damaged.

  • Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
